These terms govern use of app-clouds.digital and advisory engagements with App Clouds.
Acceptance
By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
Services
App Clouds provides advisory support for board-ready audit reporting, including pack assembly guidance, narrative review, severity calibration, and committee briefing preparation. We do not issue statutory audit opinions, perform regulated audit fieldwork as your auditor of record, or sell software subscriptions through this site.
Proposals and fees
Fees, scope, and deliverables are set out in a written proposal or statement of work. Website prices are informational only. No payment is taken through this website.
Client responsibilities
You remain responsible for the accuracy of source findings, management responses, and any filings or disclosures derived from the pack. You must provide timely access to drafts, prior packs, and named contacts.
Intellectual property
Deliverables prepared for you under a paid engagement are licensed for your internal business use, including distribution to your board and auditors. Templates and methods we reuse across clients remain our intellectual property. Website content may not be copied for commercial reuse without written consent.
Confidentiality
We treat your draft findings and board materials as confidential and use them only to deliver the engagement, unless disclosure is required by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or reputational harm. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liabilities that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any appropriate forum.
